Introducing the TMClarity Implementer Program
This month, we’re excited to launch our newest Treasury Management training solution: the TMClarity Implementer Program.
We created the Implementer Program in response to demand from community banks that are ready to roll out or improve their Treasury Management (TM) department. These banks have secured board support, allocated budgets, and designated project or Treasury Management Officer (TMO) staff - but often don't know where to start, or how to take their current efforts to the next level.
The Implementer Program is a structured, step-by-step guide designed specifically for TM leaders - whether a project manager, TMO lead, or department head. It helps you assess your current state, define strategic goals, and build a solid implementation plan. Our process draws on years of hands-on experience helping banks grow their non-interest income and core deposits through high-performing TM departments.
Program Overview
The TMClarity Implementer Program is built for experienced banking professionals who are tasked with launching or strengthening their Treasury Management function. The program walks participants through:
- Team assembly and role clarity
- Task tracking and accountability
- Operational structure and service alignment
The program is delivered via online video presentations in three structured phases:
- Discovery - Assess your current systems, services, and team; identify gaps
- Vision Building - Define strategic objectives and success metrics
- Implementation - Execute the plan with measurable progress tracking
Each phase includes targeted assessments and templates to guide your work, including the Discovery Tracking Report and weekly meeting recommendations to maintain alignment and momentum.
