Subscription and Membership Services

We do not offer refunds for subscription and membership services, but will close your account at the end of the current and paid billing period.

One Time Purchases

For one time purchases, there is a 10 Business Day 100% Satisfaction Policy. If you are not satisfied with the Program within 10 business days of access to the Program, we’ll refund your purchase. After the 10 business day refund period, there are no refunds.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy for Live Events and Webinars

Registration fee is valid for only the individual registered. Each attendee must register.

A Live Event or Webinar registration cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. On-demand is available for a period of one year from the recording date.

Refunds will not be granted for technical issues during a Live Event or Webinar. All Live Events and Webinars include access to the recording and the individual may view the event at a later time.

Please note that the Zoom webinar email reminder and confirmation emails may mention you can cancel your attendance. You may cancel your attendance at the live Zoom event, but we will not refund your payment as you may still view the recorded event or webinar on-demand.
